Introducing myValuer
myValuer is an asset accounting tool that meets the requirements of the new AAS reporting standards for local governments and other Australian agencies. myValuer can seamlessly import asset data from an agency’s existing databases and perform consumption-based modelling.
Depreciation calculations are based on the asset accounting guidelines in various Australian states. Its integration with myPredictor (Assetic SAM) provides the basis for long-term planning and developing asset management plans and strategies. The system is geared for strategic asset registry and fair-value based depreciation in line with AAS and state-based requirements.
