Introducing myPredictor
myPredictor is an easy-to-use predictive modeling tool that is designed to cater for long-term infrastructure planning. It empowers Asset Managers with financial planning tools and service level analyisis for different scenarios. It is based on the recommendations in the Infrastructure Asset Management Manual and supports the requirements of state-specific asset management guidelines.
1. Define total cost of ownership of an asset portfolio, and optimise the capital treatments and maintenance costs of assets over several years that are required to keep assets at a satisfactory condition and level of service.
2. User defined models and strategies can cater any number of asset classes, and users can develop their own models with varying complexity according to data availability and analysis requirement.
3. Comprehensive reporting capability provides reports in a range of formats that can easily be integrated within long term asset management plans.
